Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Lebanese territories only.
All orders are shipped on the next business day (business day following the day the order was made).
Delivery costs are shown at checkout. The rate is flat all across Lebanon.
We will contact you if there is any reason for your order not to be shipped.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout.
Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. If you believe that your package delivery has been delayed or there is any issue with your delivery, contact us at hello@tootwee.com.  We'll begin an investigation on your package after receipt of your email.
