Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tootwee.com. Please note that returns will need to be picked up by our selected shipping company from a location that you desire. You will be charged for the delivery costs directly by the shipping company.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the instructions on how to send your package and get your credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), on sale items or items bought with gift cards/vouchers.

Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is better for exchange invoices to be of higher amount than the returned item's or items' price, because no cash refunds can be given.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@tootwee.com. You will be charged for the delivery costs of the new item, plus the return costs of the previous item, if required.

If your exchange is accepted,  we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
